A few awesome embroidery techniques including “3D” stump embroidery.

Some tips: - Don’t make the thread too long when cutting off your initial piece. Arm’s length is good, this will avoid tangles. - If you do end up using that fancy dissolving fabric, know that if you draw on it, the water will disperse the ink into your threads, so maybe choose a light color if doing a sketch directly on the fabric. - Cheat: I colored some white threads poking out, like on the bottom of the rainbow and the back of the dog tongue. - Again, Heatbond not actually recommended for a three-dimensional patch, but it’s good to know for flatter patches.
